Please complete this form in FULL and click the submit button below to send your details to our head office, to apply for your FREE beginners trial classes

These details will be added to our database to provide temporary insurance cover for the free trial period, should you wish to take up full membership after the free trial period we will then generate a membership account for you to confirm and only commence with membership on your request. 

Your details will then be passed on to our registraion office who will contact you through the email address you have provided, with an electronic Direct debit madate form.

Only once the mandate form is completed and returned to the Registration office,  you will then become a full member and your New training package will be unlocked.
